Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself. Laguna Vista is located in the beautiful Texas town of Marshall, and is a great spot for an easy-going southern vacation. Onsite, campers can look forward to an absolutely breathtaking natural terrain on land and water, as well as golfing, fishing, boating, birding, wind surfing and kite surfing. Nearby, travelers can enjoy great attractions like the Texas & Pacific Railway Museum, Harrison County Historical Museum, Michelson Museum of Art, Marshall Pottery, Karma Farms and a number of excellent local eateries and pubs. A spacious gathering place in east Texas, just opened with more amenities on their way with only 14 sites. We are located 8.5 miles south of l-20 Marshall/Jefferson exit 617 on HWY 59 South, 2 miles north of the Sabine river.  

A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!

The Carthage RV Campground is located in the quiet city of Carthage and is a perfect spot for a cozy Texas vacation. Campers can look forward to local sites like the the Tex Ritter Museum, Jim Reeves memorial, Footprints in the Sand Monument and Texas Country Music Hall of Fame. Amenities at the park include paved roads and level pull-thru sites, 30/50 amp sites, full hookups, restrooms, showers, cabins, cable, modem friendly, laundry room, rec room, fishing pond and pool. We are located just 2 miles from Interstate 20, with a State Park and convenience store located across the street. They sell sandwiches, fishing items, firewood, gasoline, propane, and more. Please note that the lake and picnic table pictures belong to the state park. If the state park is full and we have a vacancy, you can still use a state park pass while staying at Rest-A-Spell rv park and enjoy the state park amenities. We are just 285 ft from Tyler State Park entrance.
