Our full service lots, which include electric and water, are just feet away from the shores of Lake O' The Pines with a wealth of fishing, hiking, wildlife watching, playing and relaxing. We are a relaxed and laid-back campground to enjoy all that the lake has to offer! Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself. A spacious gathering place in east Texas, just opened with more amenities on their way with only 14 sites. We are located 8.5 miles south of l-20 Marshall/Jefferson exit 617 on HWY 59 South, 2 miles north of the Sabine river.

A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!

Cypress Valley RV Park is located in the beautiful Texas town of Marshall, and is a great spot for an easy-going southern vacation. Spring Creek RV Park in Tyler, Texas is located 4 miles west of loop 323 and situated 3/4 mile North of Hwy 64 W, just across from Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. We are just 15 minutes south of Interstate 20 via Hwy 49. We have Full hookups with 30 and 50 amp service. Spring Creek also has onsite & secure long-term RV storage. Whether you’re camping overnight or staying with us long-term, we have what you need! Laundry facilities are located on premise, and for those long hot days of summer, you can take a dip in the swimming pool. We offer wifi, sewerage, water, pool access and cable TV for all our guests.
