Proof of negative coggins required. Sorry, we DO NOT rent or provide horses. No non-equestrian camping allowed. No stallions. 2 night minimum stay required on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
A rig is the length of the truck and trailer TOGETHER. This reservation system asks for your "rig" size but stops at 45ft, so it refers to trailer only and will not filter out sites that are too small for you. It is up to you to KNOW YOUR RIG SIZE, note the MAX SIZE we have listed for each, and choose an appropriate campsite. We have small sites and large sites. Some sites have a smaller maximum rig size due to lack of maneuver room, or being oversize can block the entrance to and/or protrude into other sites. If book too small of a site thinking you can unhook, more than likely you'll have to park the tow vehicle somewhere else because there is still no room in the site for it. The rig shown in the site pics is 40ft!
Dogs welcome BUT MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH! This is a working farm with cats, chickens, and ducks. Owners of barking or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave with no refund. Please clean up and maintain control of your dogs.
If pavilion is not reserved, it is for all of our campers to enjoy. For groups, exclusive use of the enclosed Cookies Corner and patio is available, contact us for pricing and cleaning/damage deposit.
Cancellations must be done through RoverPass or via e-mail only. 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. Up to 5 days prior to check-in, camping dates can be rescheduled ONE time. If cancel the rescheduled date, a maximum refund of 50% applies. (No penalties if original modification is outside the 7 day window) Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
Check-in time is 1pm, check-out time is 12 noon. Gates close at 8:00pm or dark, whichever comes first. For late arrival, there is a $25 charge; please contact us to keep the gates open. We are closed during hunting season (rifle), early November through early January.
