Songbird RV Park

When leaving after monthly stay, you must leave your site clean. If site is left with trash or debree and requires extra cleaning for the park you will be charged $35.00 clean up fee.

Trash Dumpster is located on the park's north side by the creek please break boxed down!

Make sure you use flash lights when walking at night

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8 am

Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times ✵ Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas ✵ Please do not let your children walk in the creek: snake warning

Skateboards and In-line Skates are not permitted inside the park.

✵ Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. Do not throw them on the ground. This includes your site area. ✵ 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 ✵ Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed ✵ All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws ✵ No Alcohol is permitted in any common area (Unless approved by management) ✵Songbird RV Park, or any of its representatives, staff or owner will NOT be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence ✵ No criminal or drug-related activity in or near the park will be tolerated

A fenced Dog Park is provided for you to exercise your pet. Please read and abide by the dog park rules

All pets (Dogs & Cats) must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless inside the dog park. Wildfire/farm animals are not considered pets and not allowed.

Pick up your pet's waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within park property. This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate the park

Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behaviour. No aggressive dogs allowed.

Animals are the exclusive responsability of their owners. Noisy pets will not be tolerated

Pets may NOT be left outside unattended!!

Any monthly extended stay customer must pay rent on invoice date. Late fee will be attached after one week late. Any payment of over 3 weeks late MUST vacate the RV Park.

Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Check or Cashiers check only. Monthly guest due every month on the same day as your date of arrival... example: if arrived on the 15th you monthly would always be due on the 15th of each month.

All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. MUST BE KEPT WASHED! With no outside cludder

RVs 12 years or older must be approved by Park management. Please text photos for approval. Exterior must be cleaned and it good shape.

A 10MPH speed limit is strictly enforced.

Only 2 vehicles per site. 2 vehicles included on rate. Extra vehicles on visitor parking for no more then a week.

Additional persons $5 per person per night up to the maximum

No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV

No Sub-leasing is allowed.

Campfires are to be only in fire rings. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted if there is a proper fire arrestor used.

No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; only outdoor furniture allowed. Outside of the camper must be clean and tidy with nothing stored in open site areas.

Do not park on grassy areas!

All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks; and sewer hoses must have a "do-nut" or threaded attachment into the sewer.

Solicitation or signs for the sale of product/services will not be allowed
