General Policies
1. Pets in designated units only. Please specify if you will be bringing a pet, pet fee applies in a pet friendly cabin 2. Daily and weekly rates include electric, water and sewer. Monthly and long-term reservations include water and sewer. 3. All rates are for one unit/tent per site or a cabin with up to 4 person occupancy. There is an occupancy maximum per site/rental unit. 4. A deposit is required for all reservations and guarantees you a site/rental unit. Preferences are honored, but are not guaranteed. 5. CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a NO REFUND policy. If you cancel with 7 days or more notice we will give you a credit toward a rental of the same type, for the amount of your deposit paid and give you 60 days from the date of your cancellation to use it. Long term (30 days or longer reservation) requires a 30 day notice of cancellation in order for your “long term deposit” to be returned less a 25% cancellation fee.
