Ridge Manor Campground is a locally owned 55 and older mobile home and RV park located in scenic Ridge Manor, Florida. It has a mix of RVs and mobile homes situated on 20 acres with an active community that encourages participation in the many resident organized activities. In reason activities include weekly coffee meetings, cards and games, bingo, sing along, drafts, golf trips and much more. Amenities include 30/50 amp hookup sites, WiFi, fenced dog park, clean restrooms, large clubhouse, laundry facilities, two pool tables, shuffleboard courts, picnic area and horseshoe courts. Residents are about 9 miles from Dade City and 40 miles from Tape for easy day trips to the Gulf of Mexico, Busch Gardens or downtown Tampa. Whether its for a short and or long term stay, we hope to see you soon!

2 guests max per site, at least one guest is 55+

Vehicle Policy

Only two licensed and insured vehicles (cars or trucks) per lot. If the lot does not have space for two cars, accommodations can be made with the office for a space in the storage area, only for the second car/truck. Boats, trailers, and extra vehicles must be kept in storage, at the current rate. and extra vehicles must be put in storage

Pet Policy

Two house pets allowed less than 30lbs. Any breed or dog that has aggressive tendencies are prohibited. All pets must be on a leash, cleaned up after and kept quiet. If your pet becomes a nuisance you will be asked to remove it.
