Management reserves the right to refuse services, ask visitors to vacate or deny access to anyone under any circumstances it deems necessary. There are no refunds if you are asked to leave the resort. The above rules & guidelines were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, we reserve the right to update the Rules and Regulations at our discretion. Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all. Owners & Management shall not be responsible for accidents, injury or damage. Certain risks are inherent with RV living and use, and individual responsibility for risk is upon the guest. Little Flamingo Rv Park cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by acts of nature, weather, wild life, or deficiencies by municipalities and will not be liable for harm done to person, vehicle or personal property done on or around the park.

ANYTHING LEFT ON SITE AFTER YOU LEAVE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CLEAN-UP FEE.
● RV’S MUST BE MANUFACTURED WITHIN 10 YEARS OF APPLICATION DATE. REGARDLESS OF RV YEAR OF MANUFACTURE, CURRENT PICTURES OF ALL 4 SIDES OF THE RV ARE REQUIRED AS PART OF THE APPLICATION/APPROVAL PROCESS ● DOORS, PANELS, WINDOWS, AWNINGS, EXTERIOR ETC SHOULD BE INTACT AND NOT UNSIGHTLY AND SHOULD BE FREE OF ANY OBVIOUS POORLY REPAIRED DAMAGES/TARPS ETC. ● WATER/SEWER CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE FUNCTIONAL WITH NO LEAKS, AND MUST BE MAINTAINED. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE A SEWER HOSE SUPPORT FOR OPTIMUM DRAINAGE AND TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE HOSE CAUSED BY BEING ON THE GROUND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOSES ● NO WINDOW A/C’S ALLOWED ● IT IS EXPECTED THAT DURING YOUR STAY WITH US YOUR RV WILL CONTINUE TO BE MAINTAINED IN BOTH FUNCTION AND APPEARANCE AND CLEANLINESS
NO “ROARING” FIRES ALLOWED, FIRES MUST BE WELL CONTROLLED AND MAY NOT PRESENT A POSSIBLE DANGER TO PEOPLE OR PROPERTY.
ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL BE EVICTED FROM THE PARK FOR DRUG USE, WILD/LOUD PARTIES, FIGHTING, LOUD MUSIC, NON-PAYMENT OF RENT, ACTIVITIES THAT PRESENT POSSIBLE DANGER TO PEOPLE OR PROPERTY, OR RULE NON COMPLIANCE.
Speeding is grounds for eviction from the park.
NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE, OR ASK TO LEAVE, ANY GUEST WITH PETS THAT MANAGEMENT FEELS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR AN RV PARK ENVIRONMENT.
