A very clean, modern RV park. The covered parking for the RV was awesome and kept my a/c from having to overwork in the hot Texas sun. Prices are reasonable and staff very courteous.

Great spot, clean, well maintained, dog park, covered lots, plenty of individual restrooms with showers and A/C. Laundry room clean with A/C. Awesome rec room with large TV and gym. Only dislike was the gravel. When it rains everything gets dirty (it will buff out). Highly recommend

A brand new RV park - RV covers, excellent in the hot Dallas summer. We stayed for two weeks during which there were biblical rains -we were thankful we paid a bit extra for a site under an RV cover. The RV park is a work in progress - owners are addressing the drainage issues on site (revealed during torrential rains) - the sites however are sand, rather than gravel and after two weeks of rain, we had a bit of difficulty extracting our coach from the mud into which it was sinking. The owners are friendly and hard working and I think as time progresses, all issues will be ironed out. great dog park! Good location!

Would have been five stars, if not for people with dogs that let them run all over the place, barking and taking craps into the empty campsites next to us!

This is a new campground that the owners & management team definitely put their heart into. Above and beyond must be the motto because they have top notch customer serves! The clubhouse is beautifully decorated and has a great shower house if needed.
