Citrus Hills RV Park

I don't know people get off giving this park bad reviews. Managment is great, place is clean and well run, yes, the older part behind the office has some issues, but they are addressing them and if they are not, out you go. Wintered there 3 years, reasonable and a great park, made a lot of friends.

First off this is the worst rv park i ever stayed at. Main reason was management especially pam is always rude. The other manager is nice but has memory loss. Aka forgetting your mail, ect. Rv park charges too much for power they rig the meters. If your family and friends you pay a lower rate. We had multiple bills for over $200 on a 50amp 5th wheel i have never had a bill over 130 any where else. Also the park dosent have proper drainage so you will flood and be forced to wear mud boots just to get to your car. The mud was above ankles this summer. They will also cut all of your hoses when they cut grass which is once every 3 months. We had grass over 2 ft in our yard before they would cut it. If your friends and family they will cut every week. Cannot wait for this place to close down do not give these people your business they don't deserve it

Fantastic place to stay! Its a beautiful park, and the rates are about HALF of anywhere else. The management are the most helpful and NICE people you could imagine. People like "Toby" got thrown out for causing trouble or not paying their rent. Then they post negative coward reviews. You get trailer trash anywhere, and the owners do their best to keep it a happy place, and we thank you! You won't find a better place to stay for you and your family. We will certainly visit again!

We have been staying in this park for over 11 years and never found any of these issues. Management has always addressed any issues we had immediately .

Very poor management. Pam is a psycho. Old units run down green stuff growing all over the units.lots of garbage in lots. Found Drug Needles in the street Roaches everywhere. Park littered with dog poop.
