Residents/ Tenant shall keep all their belongings inside or under their unit. Outside of units should be kept picked up and clean at all times.
No one is to enter restricted areas, only park personnel. All Maintenance will be done by park personnel.
Only human waste and toilet tissue go down plumbing (on septic system).
No unattended fires.
Vehicle(s) must be currently licensed, owned by tenant, registered, operational and properly parked. No vehicle is to be parked in unoccupied lot. Tenant is not to repair or disassemble vehicles on premises. No driving on the grass.
Pets should always be on a leash. You are responsible to clean up and properly dispose of any droppings from your pet. It would be best to walk them along Red Maple
No drugs allowed on premises at anytime. No alcoholic beverages allowed outside your unit/lot
No loud music/televisions outside your unit. Any disturbances the police will be called. Depending on circumstances it will be determined if you are allowed to stay.
All guest(s) must be registered at office (will be assigned guest pass). Guest must be with tenant resident at all times.Only 4 guest per tenant resident at any activities, unless otherwise arranged with management (Clubhouse, outside activities, games or pool area)
Speed limit is 5 mph at all times.
Quiet time is 10PM – 7AM (please respect your neighbors)
