Cancelling all or part of your reservation is subject to cancellation fees. To cancel a reservation please e-mail your cancellation request as early as possible. Cancellations earlier than 7 days before the first night are fully refundable minus an $8.00 service fee. Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the first day will be refunded 50%. At 9pm on the day of scheduled arrival, if you have not requested a late check-in, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. If your plans change necessitating an alteration in your reservation, please call us as soon as possible to avoid penalties. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation.
Do not move tables, campfire rings, boulders, and so on to different locations without permission of the management. Guests are expected to leave their cabin or site in the same general condition they found it, and may be charged for significant damages. Please deposit your garbage in the dumpster. Do not leave trash in your fire pit.
Because we have many pedestrians and playing children, a five mile per hour speed limit is required in the park, and ATV or motorcycle riding is not allowed. Please drive with extra care. Bicycles are only allowed on camp roads and designated trails.
Guests should be courteous to other guests. If you have an issue with another guest that cannot be resolved easily, please see the management. Smoking and alcohol are permitted in your site area, but neither should become a nuisance to other guests or lead to danger for the park (especially fires). No discharge of fireworks or firearms is allowed on our property. Firearms must be securely stored.
Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. TV, music, talking, laughter, etc. should not be heard appreciably at neighboring sites.
Campfires are to be kept small and must be completely extinguished by midnight. Do not gather wood from the forest or break branches off of trees.

Highway 14 is one of Utah's most scenic drives. In our neighborhood are arches, waterfalls, and plenty of room for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and sledding.
Cedar Breaks National Monument is 20 minutes away, while Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Brian Head Resort are just a short drive.
