RV Sites

20/30/50 amp available, water, sewer, electricity, and wifi included in pricing. Amenities: Pets allowed for a small fee, a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. We have coin-operated guest laundry, restrooms and showers, game room, club house, pickle ball court, and etc.

RVs MUST be 2012 model and newer or approved by management

Rate Changes

All rates are subject to change without notice

Children

Children must be supervised at all times.

Guests

Customers are responsible for their guests, pets, and visitors.

Monthly and Seasonals Rates

Monthly Rates are fluctuations or Seasonal and are non-refundable after check-in.

Late Payments

Late payments will be charge $25 per day after due date.

Refuse of Service

Color Canyon RV exercises their right to refuse service or to process eviction

Pets

ALWAYS clean up after your pets, and your sites. A $25 fee per pet occurrence fee. MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS allowed per reservation. PETS MUST be on leash at all times, ABSOLUTELY NO pitbulls, rottweiler, dobermans, pinschers, and chows. Guests are liable for any damages, or injury if they are at fault. Any legal actions involve, tenants are responsible. All pets must be kept on their leash. Do not leave pets unattended. At any time guest pets display treatening or aggressive behavior, the park in its sole descretion, will request guest to immediately leave the park. An uncontrolled barking or other behaviour that disturbs other guests and is problematic will result in guest requiring to immediately remove the pet from the property.

Park Quiet hours

10 PM - 7 AM

"In" and "OUT"

"In" and "OUT" to the park is allowed for ATV, UTV, M/C, or other off-road vehicles

Joy Riding

Joy riding in the park is NOT permitted Never park in an empty site or on the street.

NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME

Generator operation, clothesline, entering sites other than the one assigned to you without permission.

Vehicles

Each site is limited to one vehicle. If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area

Belongings

Customers are responsible for their belongings

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site ONLY!

No Show Reservations

No show reservations will be charged a full-night’s stay; rate is based upon site size.

Behavior Rules

The resort may require you to leave without a refund for unruly behavior, objectionable behavior, drunkenness, disrespect to other customers or staff, or violation of rules of the resort.
