General Policies

1.This is an adult park. Children are allowed to visit up to two weeks per season, no exceptions. 2.There are no skateboards or roller blades/skates allowed within the park. 3.Garbage dumpsters are open from 9am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Not on Holidays or weekends. 4.You must park your vehicle on your own site and if you have a guest they must acquire a visitors parkingpassfrom the front office and will be directed as where to park during their stay. 5.Quite hours are from 10pm to 8am every day. 6. Pets over 30 lbs are not permissable due to insurance stipulations. 7.Park rates are based on two person occupancy per site. An extra fee is charged ($1.50) per day for eachindividual over that amount. 8.All guests/visitors whom wish to use the pool must be accompanied by the resident adult at all times.

To much gossip here starts with Cindy up front, sharing people personal lease info with others in the park. Sharing out of state owners info with other landlords in the park to buy homes in here way under actual value. Watch out here...
