The Liberty Grove Campground is located at the beautiful Cooper Lake and is a great place for a quiet, relaxing Texas vacation. On the west side of the lake is the Cedar Creek East Loop for excellent scenic viewing and hiking. Biking and horseback riding are also common at this park. On the other side of the campground is the lake, which is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The campground is also perfect for picnicking, and many head out to various flat spots at dusk to enjoy sunset viewing and stargazing. We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting that is surrounded by another 76 acres that are full of hiking trails, a hidden pond, and wildlife. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that is stocked with a variety of fish. We have a dog park for those fur babies that is shaded by trees. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility as well. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates.
