This RV Park is located on a secluded part of the San Marcos River just outside of Martindale, Texas. It has unique views and great access to the river. It has a spectacular view from the high bluff overlooking the river bend and the "rapids", as well as a couple of great gravel shoal access points that will lead you to great fishing and or lounging on the river. The Oasis RV Park provides small town living within close proximity to larger cities. We were established in 2014 and have become an important part of this community. Under new ownership and management in 2024, the park has already seen a lot of positive changes and improvements. Some of these improvements include a new privacy fence, entry sign, landscape enhancements, security system and lighting, and a new office houses onsite laundry.

The Circle R Ranch RV Resort is located just outside of the beautiful Lockhart, Texas, known as the BBQ capital of the lone star state. Splashway is a family water park and campground in Sheridan, Texas.
