We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that will be stocked with a variety of fish this spring. Also coming this spring we will have a dog park, playground, Event Barn and pavilion. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility available at the office. There are many acres of walking trails in phase 2 of the RV park. Phase 2 will be coming later this year with tiny cabins and treehouses available to rent. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates.  Lake Fork Ranch Resort is located in the beautiful town of Emory, Texas. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the noise and traffic of the city. Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.

Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground, including the charming city of Mineola, the Mineola Nature Preserve on the Sabine River and nearby Lake Fork Reservoir, the premier trophy largemouth bass lake in Texas.  There's also a number of great antique shops, museums, craft eateries and farms to enjoy! Amenities at the park include: big rig access, electric, water, sewerage, WIFI and 30/50 amp concrete sites, lighted tennis courts, splash park, open air pavilion with picnic tables, showers for RV guests, and picnic areas with bbq grills.
