Five miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame and downtown Cooperstown, three miles from the Dreams Park, Beaver Valley boasts 276 acres of wooded hills, open meadows, and spring-fed ponds. We can accommodate any type of camping experience from RV sites with full hook-ups to secluded tent sites to tent sites along the pond. For those who want to rough it more comfortably, Beaver Valley has one-room camping cabins that sleep four.   For those who don’t want to rough it at all, Beaver Valley offers 13 fully furnished one-bedroom cabins and 3 fully furnished one-bedroom Tiny Houses that sleep 5. Each has an additional upstairs sleeping loft for the kids and a fold down or pull out couch, private bath, kitchenette, kitchen supplies and gas grill.
