The Hemlocks is Located in the Northern Rockies, nestled between the Selkirk and Cabinet Mountain ranges in North Idaho,  a perfect lodging point if you are traveling East to Montana, North to British Columbia, Canada and the Selkirk Loop, or South to Couer d’Alene, Idaho and the Spokane .With a rustic cabin appearance on the outside, you'd not expect the warmth and modern conveniences you'll find inside our recently remodeled cabin rooms. We've got 2 covered pavilions, one with a stage, that can accommodate you and a couple hundred of your friends. We are close to US Highway 2 in the Idaho Panhandle so finding us won't be a problem, it'll be wanting to leave. Our internet is free  and fiber is coming in the next couple of months and can hardly wait.

The Sam Owen Campground is located on the eastern side of beautiful Lake Pend Oreielle in the Idaho Panhandle National Forest. Marvel at the beautiful nature and wildlife that surrounds this natural peninsula, and explore the urban centers just nearby, filled with local culture.   Amenities & Activities The campground features: water hook-ups, sewer hook-ups, pull-through driveway, waterfront access, wheelchair accessibility and is pet-friendly. You can enjoy a wide array of outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, swimming, boating, and waterskiing. For the fishing fanatics, Lake Pend Oreille is the perfect spot to catch Kamloops, Dolly Varden, Northern Pike, Trout and Catfish.   Attractions You can take advantage of a number of nearby attractions such as the Pend Oreille Scenic Byway, Lake Pend Oreille Beach, Sam Owen Trail #4 and Owens Bay. The Blue Lake RV Resort is located in the beautiful town of Naples, Idaho and is a great spot for an idyllic vacation. Campers can look forward to excellent fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing on the water, as well as plenty of open spaces for hiking, biking, sunset viewing and stargazing. The Two-Bit Outfit RV Park is located in Libby, and is a great spot to recharge your batteries and relax as you camp around the wonderful state of Montana. Look forward to the gorgeous views of the mountain ranges and Kootenai River, and be sure to pack your gear for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, cruising and paddle boarding. The scenic views are accented by the Kootenai Falls and other geological features. There's also reservoirs, pools and creeks all along the region so be prepared for varying sights and areas to explore.

The Big Creek Baldy Lookout Cabin sits at an elevation of over 5,700 feet in the Kootenai National Forest, and is a perfect place for a cozy, secluded getaway. Campers can enjoy the panoramic views of the wide valleys and densely forested peaks. Lake Koocanusa and the Yaak River are popular features of this park. As you hike, bike and explore this lush area, keep your eyes open for curious wildlife like elk, moose, deer, bears, birds and smaller mammals. Campers can also look forward to water activities like fishing, cruising, paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking. Visitors can also take advantage of berry picking and birding.
