The Spruce Park on the River is located at the entrance of the Glacier National Park, near the scenic Flathead River. Between these two points of interest, look forward to excellent fishing opportunities and plenty of water space for water activities. Campers can expect the chance to wind surf, cruise, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking and swimming. With acres and acres of fir and pine trees, campers can also take advantage of the scenic and wildlife viewing, as well as hiking and mountain biking. The Glacier Pines RV Park is located in Kalispell, Montana. This is a quaint and easy-going park, perfect for a quiet vacation within the small city. The Rocky Mountain HI RV Park is located in Kalispell, near Spring Creek. Campers can look forward to the gorgeous views of the Flathead Valley, and plenty of acreage and slopes for winter activities. Look forward to snow shoeing, sledding and skiing. Glacier Park and Flathead Lake are nearby, so visitors can expect excellent trout fishing and water activities like cruising, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The Kalispell North KOA is located in the picturesque town of Whitefish, Montana and is a great place to enjoy some of Montana's most fun sites. A sprawlign 33 acres of secluded forests just 24 miles from the Glacier National Park, this campground is ideal for hiking, exploring, mountain biking and wildlife viewing. While you trek the area, keep your eyes open and your camera handy fro bears, elk, deer, birds and small animals. There's also a ton of fun activities at the campground, so visitors can take advantage of the free kids' paddle board, walking trails,Buffalo Bob's Family Entertainment Center, mini golf, adult hot tub and petting zoo. There's also an onsite restaurant and swimming pool, so your next party or group camping gathering can be sooner than you think!

The Glacier Park KOA is located in the cozy town of Whitefish, and is a popular spot among outdoor enthusiasts. Campers can look forward to a beautiful, well-manicured park carved out of the dense Montana forestry, fresh air and fair weather. Visitors can look forward to the towns of Bigfork, Kalispell and Whitefish for supplies, shopping, historic sight seeing, art galleries and fine local dining. The Scoops Ice Cream Shop is definitely a favorite. Flathead Lake is also close by, so campers can take advantage of excellent water sports like trout fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and water skiing. There are a number of trails and paths around the campground, ideal for day hiking, mountain biking and exploring, and of course there's plenty of open space overhead for stargazing.

Greenwood Village is located in Kalispell, Montana and is a cozy getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Look forward to excellent attractions such as the Glacier National Park for activities such as swimming, cruising, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and more. Huckleberry Park is also close by if your like locally made jams and jellies, and the Big Sky Water Park is just a short drive away. The nearby historic town also has a number of shops, museums and galleries, as well as stellar craft eateries and bars. 

For campers hoping for a quiet Montana getaway submerged in dense forestry, Moose Crossing is an excellent spot. The Sylvia Lake Campground is a primitive site, with plenty of excellent mountain-scapes over the sea and sky. Look forward to lake activities such as trout fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing and fishing. There's also plenty of  gorgeous land for all of your hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding needs. Picnicking is also popular at this site, and a little known treat is stargazing. Stay out late and spread a blanket to enjoy the true beauty of the park. 

The Tally Lake Campground is located to the west of Whitefish, Montana, and offers world-class fishing and camping opportunities for visitors. Visitors can look forward to horseback riding, hiking and biking, as well as plenty of water sports such as trout fishing, canoeing, water skiing, swimming and kayaking. Wildlife viewing is another popular activity; keep your eyes peeled for bald eagles, migratory fowls and water fowls while you're near the water. 

The Ashley Lake North Campground is located along the sky blue waters of Ashley Lake and is an absolute treasure among visitors and locals alike. Take time at the waterside to fish for various types of trout or go water skiing or boating on the water during one of the area's many warm days. For those of you hoping for more relaxing activities, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing and swimming are also common at Ashley Lake. There's also plenty of space in and around the campsite for hiking, mountain biking and just plain exploring, so make sure to keep your trip schedule loose so you can really get lost in the gorgeous lakeside forest.

The Lake Mary Ronan State Park is located in Proctor, Montana. This park is known as a breathtaking oasis of pine and fir trees, dense forestry and gorgeous views at the lakeside. Campers can look forward to hiking up the various hills and peaks to to capture one of those iconic Montana sunrises or sunsets, while also enjoying a quiet exploratory trip through the woods. Also be sure to take your mountain bike to really enjoy the slopes! Fishing is especially popular at this campground, so look forward to thick, healthy trout and plenty of water space for other activities like kayaking, boating and canoeing. Winter sports also put this campground on the map, so look forward to great ice fishing, skiing and snow shoeing while you're there!

The McGregor lake campground is located in the Kootenai National Forest and has been a mainstay for outdoor enthusiasts for decades. Campers can look forward to plenty of trout fishing, as well as tons of space on the water for activities like kayaking, canoeing, boating and paddle boarding. Not a huge fan of the water? Soak in the landscape through hiking the gorgeous trails of mountain biking the challenging trails. Picnicking is another favorite at this campground is if you're a fan of fun with friends around sandwiches and juices, this park's numerous picnic tables will make you super happy. Surrounded by thriving fir and pine trees, this campground provides campers with the perfect environment to have a relaxing and fun getaway.

The Star Meadows Guard Station Cabin is located in near Tally Lake. Campers can look forward to world-class trout fishing at the lake, boating, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. The area is thick with lush, thriving forestry, so visitors can also expect excellent hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, as well as plenty of fresh air. Hunting is also popular at this cabin, as is wildlife viewing and winter sports like sow shoeing, sledding and skiing. Just in front of the cabin is a small, grassy area, ideal for fun family events and group games, so bring your soccer and footballs for hours of group games! 

The Rollins RV Park and Restaurant is located on the west shore of Flathead Lake, midway between Polson and Kalispell. From any spot on this campground are stunning views of the lake and mountains; the beautiful and lush trees around the site give it a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Campers can look forward to excellent trout fishing and water sports such as cruising, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking. There's also plenty of acreage for hiking, biking and exploring, as well as several peaks to get just a bit closer to the sky for stargazing.
