We assume no liability for injury, accidents, or losses from any cause. We reserve the right to make any changes in the park policies, rules, or rates that we deem necessary. A complete set of rules will be posted in the Clubhouse. Anything considered a nuisance will not be tolerated and could become reason for you to hit the road. If you have to leave under these circumstances, you will not receive a refund, so do not ask for one! 1st offense - verbal warning, 2nd - written notice, 3rd - eviction.

Any damage caused by you, your family, your guests or your pets to this facility or any of its contents will be repaired or replaced by you. If you happen to run over a sprinkler, you will pay for a replacement!

No smoking permitted inside the building. Be courteous of non-smoking guests when outside. Please use ashtrays provided. Do not throw butts on the ground, even in your own site.

Do not wash vehicles or make vehicle repairs. All guest vehicles coming to your site must register at the Office.

A sewer hose "donut" or "L" connector is required.

The laundry is open 24 hours for your convenience. Please observe laundry rules.

Please keep our showers and restrooms clean. Do not waste water. Please report any problems that need our attention. No bathing of pets in showers! No smoking in restrooms.

No fireworks or firearms allowed! Campfires are not allowed. Enclosed grills are permissible.

Please put trash in bags and place in Dumpster. Trash cannot be left outside of RVs or outside of Dumpster.

Pets must be on a leash at all times. No pets are to be left outside unattended. You must board your pet if you leave town. You must clean up after your pet! If your pet becomes a nuisance or a threat, you will be asked to leave.

Please observe the Pool rules. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Quiet Time is from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. No loud music or TVs.

The Park speed limit is 5 MPH.
