The camper accepts camping privilege with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the DAA, its officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities and agrees to defend and indemnify the DAA, its officers and employees, against all claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of the camping facilities.
DOG LEASH REQUIREMENTS -All dogs kept by R.V. campers and/or visitors to any activity held on fairgrounds property must be penned when left out of an applicable R.V. or other vehicle, and must be on a leash when walked by participant. -Dogs will not be allowed in buildings or in arenas except for service dogs and during dog shows. -Dogs found on grounds not leashed and/or roaming are subject to being picked-up by Animal Control officers. -Yuba-Sutter Fair Management (530) 674-1280 www.ysfair.com (Service animals are animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities – such as guiding people who are blind, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, or performing other special tasks. According to Civil Code 54.2: “………… The persons shall ensure the dog is on a leash and tagged as a guide dog, signal dog, or service dog by an identification tag issued by the county clerk, animal control department, or other agency as authorized by chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 30850) of title 14 of the Food and Agricultural Code.”
- RV Parking ALL year on the Fairgrounds (Except for the end of July and early August during the fair or any full grounds rental) - We have over 20 areas, with more than 200 hook-ups. - Please contact us to book your special RV event. Our grounds are quiet and well-maintained with easy access to major thoroughfares. - Also, contact us to book your stay for your interim event. Out of town guests with a RV that needs a place to stay for the event. - Rates: $25 per night for RV includes water and electric hook-ups. Clean restrooms and hot showers available for overnight guests. - $10 fee per dumping station visit (on site). - Reservations required. - Check-in Monday through Friday prior to 3:30 pm at the Administration Office.
