Rules

RV PARK RULES:

Mobile home park tenant rules are outlined, in detail, by the individual leases signed by each tenant.

RV types:

We accept independent RVs only. We do not allow pop up campers or any units that are without bathroom facilities. Those are deemed dependent Rv’s. We do not exclude Rv’s based on age. However, they must look nice, be in good shape, and be well maintained. No window units, tarps or other such modifications can be made. We reserve the right to refuse any unit that does not meet our criteria.

Pets:

Pets are allowed. They are to be on a leash if they are taken outside. They cannot be staked or kenneled outside. The tenant is responsible for picking up after their pet after bathroom breaks. The pet cannot be a nuisance to neighbors. (Incessant barking is a nuisance.) Absolutely no aggressive animals are allowed. You are responsible for your pet.

Children:

Children under 14 years of age cannot be left unattended by an adult.

Water:

Water is provided for RV use. No washing of Rv’s or automobiles, etc., is allowed.

Site Appearance & Safety:

No open flames are allowed. No inflammables are to be stored around the RV’s. No clothes lines are to be hung and used. No modifications to the sites, such as decks and porches, are allowed. Please keep personal items outside to a minimum. Things like kids bikes and such are to be placed near the RV in a neat and orderly manner. No littering. Help us keep this park neat for you and your neighbors.

Facilities:

We do offer a bath house and laundry facility for your convenience. There is also a playground for the children.

Parking:

Each vehicle must be registered with our office. Please use the parking area designated for your site.

Security:

We are not responsible for your personal property. Always secure your things and insure your property. That is your personal responsibility.

Quiet Time:

Quiet time is 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please respect your neighbors.
