Rules

Vehicle Policy

No vehicles of any kind can be parked on the grass. Only one vehicle allowed per site. Additional parking is available upon request. Boat trailers, trailers, etc. must be stored in the storage area. No car or RV repair is permitted on site unless prior written approval from the office. Washing of vehicles is permitted with the purchase of a pass at the office. Bugs may be removed from the front of your vehicles upon arrival without purchasing a washing permit.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed (2 pets maximum) and must be under control on a leash not to exceed 6 feet in length. No aggressive or barking dogs will be allowed. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Akitas. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, laundry room or restrooms. Pets are NOT allowed unattended outside on ropes, chains or in cages or pens at your site; no fenced in areas are allowed. Pick up after your pets in all park areas even parts still under construction. Violators, when caught, will be charged an additional fee of $25.00.

General Policies

1. Do not change sites without checking with the office. Sites are only guaranteed for days paid for. 2. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, those visiting our resort guests must leave by 10:00 pm. 3. No vehicles of any kind can be parked on the grass. Parents are responsible for the behavior and actions of their children at all times. Young children must be accompanied to the restrooms and laundry. Bike riding is not permitted after dark. 5. No rollerblading or skateboarding allowed in Williston Crossings. 6. No objects may be tied to or hung from any tree or post. No clotheslines allowed. 7. Trash pickup is no longer available. Dumpsters are located near the entrance for your convenience. 8. State Law requires sewer rings at all sewer connections. 9. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only on your site or at designated areas. 12. No fire rings are or fires of any kind allowed at individual sites. 13. No "home made" RV's or school busses are allowed without staff approval upon inspection. The staff has the right to refuse rigs 10 years old or older. Tents, pop-ups, vans or van conversions are not permitted. 14. All satellite dishes must be attached to the motor home or kept to within three feet of your rig. 15. No sales or display of goods permitted at individual sites. 17. Only outdoor patio furniture permitted outside RV, and please limit potted plants to 5 healthy plants per site 18. Responsible behavior is expected. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to or dismiss any person and their property from the park. 19. Fireworks are not permitted in the park.

This place is so whimsical it really makes anyone who comes here find peace and tranquility. I fell in love with the giant archway with the vines growing all around it. It really made our walk start on a great note and we ended up having a great adventure exploring the campgrounds and see everything we were able to do or see. The price is like a lot of other parks that offer this much and is within reasonable means for anyone. I think it being right by a big body of water is always a plus sign.
