Starting to get overpriced I have stayed at white water for years. The prices are starting to get too high for the quality of the park. I want to start out by saying the bathroom and showers are clean. It is a quarter for the showers but they have reduced the time. As the price comes up you would expect to see sight improvements. The sites are just dirt. What ever way the ground lays is how the site is. There is very few level lots. Also the mowing and the brush trimming is slacking.

Great stay at a very nice park. Nice wide camping areas with plenty of room, staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Will camp there again.

We had a great stay so nice and quiet here, peaceful surroundings.

I was very happy with my stay. The campground is very clean. The bathrooms were clean and someone checking them often to keep them clean. Great hiking trails from the campground. The only reason for 4 stars is it’s very dark at night and walking to the bathroom was hard to see the road. I understand you wouldn’t want bright shining street lights but maybe low lights on short poles would help guide you along the edge of roads or pathways.

This has quickly become one of our favorite camping spots and traditions to take the kids to. So clean, peaceful and easy lake access that leads to Torch as well.

It would be nice if from wood deck by site 13 you could see the water, but the trees have blocked it.

I love this park and Mike is doing a great job as the new manager. I am disappoointed that my 2025 reservations were canceled wihout any explanation.

Really enjoyed our time there. Did see some disturbing things tho that didn't affect us but did affect the campground. Lots of people know when the office closes and we would see people come in after 8pm and leave before 7am cause they didn't want to pay for their lot. You are losing money. If you found a way to put a couple washing machines and dryers you would be a great added feature

Nice park, great boat launch, clean bathrooms/showers. Just so dusty! Glad they brined the road coming to the park, but around the park was a dust bowl!

We had an excellent stay at Whitewater Township Park this year! Facilities were clean. Every staff member that we encountered were friendly & helpful, but Mike especially went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Kudos on all of the park improvements too, the boat launch area and the overflow parking area are huge in our book :) We're already looking forward to next year!

We had a great stay at Whitewater. The location and lake access is ideal. Staff was friendly. Check in/out process was simple. Bathrooms and showers were clean and close to all sites. Only complaint is a family that set up camp around midnight one evening and was very loud. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Everything about this park is just as advertised on-line. Our 2nd time there- was even better than the first time because they'd ordered perfect weather for us! Aug 20 - 75⁰ days, 56⁰ nights. We have a camper . They have a fresh-water fill-up station for campers as you enter, so you don't have to haul water from home. The park location is great. Nice boat dock. A couple of hiking paths. It's lovely.

We always enjoy our camping experience at Whitewater Township Park. It probably would be helpful if staff stayed on site until midnight to help remind others of the quiet hours at night. But this won’t change our views on this campground. We love it.

This was our first time at this campground, it was very clean and up kept. Bathrooms and showers were constantly being cleaned and mopped they were very clean. For a campground we thought the price of firewood and ice was a little high, would recommend getting ice at a gas station same with firewood. Overall experience was great and we will defineatly be staying here again, very close to locations like Elk ridge, traverse city and not far from torch lake.

Love the location of the park, but found this year there is limited maintenance (no mowing, trimming weeds on sites, keeping shower coin machines working). Young staff is friendly, but park rules are not enforced. Most sites have RV, tents, 3+ cars and a boat stored. There is plenty of parking at the marine to store boats.

Whitewater campground is well worth checking into. The sites are large and well cared for. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ranger Natalie.
