The spirit of the Old West is alive and kickin' at Wagon Master RV Park, located in Sanger, Texas, where good old fashioned Texas ambiance meets the latest in luxury RV facilities. Alpacas graze, shade trees beckon, and if you listen real hard, you can almost hear the jingle of spurs. We offer 102 full 20/30/50 amp water and sewer hookups. Some of our top amenities include laundry facility, community kitchen. workout space, pool and mail service to list a few!
Our location is awesome as there is so much land and beautiful nature to take in yet close to a city so you can enjoy going out and enjoying regular things like eating out, shopping, etc. Overall this is a wonderful placed that is very family friendly (check out the gorgeous herd of Alpacas you can feed) and pet friendly! So whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

Rules
Water
Water: No outside watering except for sprinkling potted plants. No vehicle washing.
Pool
Pool: Our pool is open dawn to dusk. Please accompany children under 18. No alcohol in the pool area.
Fires
Fires: No open fires are permitted. We do allow PROPANE fire pits.
Laundry
Laundry: Our beautiful "Wash House" is open 24/7. Quarters may be purchased in the office.
Pets
Pets: Your friendly pets are welcome. We do not allow Pit Bull breeds. Please pick up after your pets, keep them on a leash, and not leave them tied up outside when you are not home.
Quiet
Quiet: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, and are 10pm-8am. We give one warning only for quiet hour violations.
RV Sites
RV Sites: Please keep site tidy and clean. Check with management before adding anything to a site. We do allow decks, stairs, potted plants, patio furniture, satellite dishes and barbecues. There is a list of FAQ's for a detailed description of things allowed in your site.
RV
RV: RV's must have all holding tanks and be self contained if unplugged. RV's older than 10 years must be approved by sending a picture of all four sides. In order to be approved, appearance must be neat and clean. We do not allow window air conditioners.
Trash
Trash: There are two dumpsters on site. They are for bagged trash only.
Speed Limit
Speed Limit: Strictly enforced, 5 mph.
Parking
Parking: Most sites have room for 2 vehicles. No parking on the grass or in empty sites. No cargo trailers allowed in sites.
Payment
Payment: Pay fee at arrival. Monthly campers, please pay on due date. Late fee of $15 a day applies.
