Valley View Campground has sites available for Instant Book. When you select Instant Book, your reservation will be automatically approved.
Any non-Instant Book sites will still require campground approval.
Our campground is located on a quiet bluff that overlooks the Mississippi River.
Site rental is available for the whole year at $2400 + applicable fees and taxes.
Whether you stay 1 month or 12 months, the fee is $2400 plus applicable fees and taxes.
We do not do short term rentals at this time.
Electricity and water are available at Valley View Campground from April 15 - November 15.
We have overflow parking, a bathhouse, and a pavilion.
We are conveniently located within minutes from a Winegar Works Marina, Abel Island Airport, Bussey Lake Landing, Kregel Monument, and Guttenberg Golf Course.
Our sites are for rent on an annual basis.
We do not currently have short term rental options.
Annual rent is $2400 plus utilities.
