I lived in this RV park full time for 2.5 years. there are no free rounds of golf as the golf course has been closed for YEARS. Many of the electrical poles are dangerous as they, like everything in this park, are never maintained. The common areas have no lighting at night. If the park has a water leak you may be expected to go without water for days. There is NO propane. You are expected to walk around from one residential refuse can to another to find room for your trash as there is no longer a dumpster. The restrooms, showers and laundry room are not cleaned regularly, Doing laundry here is a real challenge as the machines are not emptied of quarters or maintained at all. Depending on what time of year you go, the weeds may be four feet high. Do not expect anyone to greet you when you arrive as that is hit or miss. The clubhouse is now infested with mice and hoarded by the owner beyond use. Rodents are a serious problem here as the owner tells campers they can't use mouse traps in THEIR OWN rig and have to use a have a hart trap and relocate them. Mice bring snakes. Other than internet, there are 0 amenities. This park is NOT located in Bisbee. It is in NACO. There are numerous other parks in the area that offer much better accommodations and will treat you with professionalism and concern should you have a problem or need assistance. You won't get that here.
