The Tropical Gardens RV Park is a beautiful park located at San Leon, Texas, and provides a beautiful and relaxing environment for its visitors, at very reasonable rates! RV sites feature two laundry rooms, two bathhouses, Free Wi-Fi and a small catch & release lake. Sites are also just a short drive from local attractions like Alvin Antique Market, the Houston Theater District, Lakes of Danbury, Bishop's Palace, Houston Astros, Kemah Broadwalk and the Moody Gardens.

all sites include 4 persons per site additional guest $20.00 per month or $10 per week.
Guest
No guest over 3 days if not on your site service agreement.
Children
No children under 10 allowed to roam park alone. After 10pm no children allowed to leave site unattended by adult.
Quiet time
Back gate and public laundry closed at 10pm No loud music or parties after 10pm
Vehicles
2 vehicles per site. Boats , trailers and SUV are considered your vehicle.
RV Restrictions
2000 and newer unless approved by management. No tarps or AC units in windows.
Pets
2 Pets per site. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets station are thru out the park with bags.All dogs must be on a leash at all times and no unattended pets outside your camper. Fines are applied if rules are broken.
Cancelation Policy
After 7 days Deposit is non refundable
Check out time is noon
Deposits
$150.00 deposit is required to hold your spot and it applies to your monthly rent and is non refundable.
