Triple Creek RV Park is an utterly unique RV destination located just outside of Woodville, Texas, tucked away in a quiet forest and surrounded by thousands of acres of tranquil nature. With 41 total RV sites, the park can accommodate rigs up to 45 feet and offers full hookups including water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric service, with most sites being pull-throughs. While we truly are out in the sticks—and we like it that way—guests still enjoy modern conveniences such as hot showers, clean restrooms, laundry facilities, propane service, US Mail delivery, a clubhouse, and one cozy cabin. Weekly and monthly rates are available, and although there is no cable TV, there is an abundance of friendly people and a strong sense of community to keep everyone entertained.

Life at Triple Creek RV Park is an adventure centered around connection, creativity, and shared experiences. Guests often gather for potluck suppers, Dutch oven cooking, quilting retreats, taco Tuesdays, bonfires, and build-your-own pizza nights. We even make our own bacon, host fossil hunts featuring Miocene-era bones, and have free-ranging chickens that help keep the park tidy. Adding to the character of the park, author Charles Kruvand makes his winter home here.

Rules

General Rules

1. Checkout time —11:00 am. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 11:00 am. ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. 2. Parking—Each spot is allowed 2 vehicles. One RV and one vehicle. Additional vehicles may be assigned parking spots if available. 3. Speed Limit—5mph. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians & Big Foot. 4. Quit Hours—9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please respect your neighbors privacy. 5. Trash—Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located dumpster that is located near the office. 6. Mail—Incoming mail is received daily. Mailboxes are available for long-term tenants. (no fee). 7. Vending—Ice and soft drink machines are available at the Jam Shack. Washers and dryers are provided in laundry room. Laundry is open 24/7. Change is available at the office. 8. Propane—We do fill bottles. Just put your name on them and drop off at the propane station.

Pets

Absolutely no dogs that are on the Insurance restricted dog list (Rottweiler, Pit bull , Akita, etc) (purebred or mix) allowed on the property. Pets must be kept on a leash. Triple Creek has a strict 1-strike you are out policy regarding violation of pet rules. If your pet acts in an aggressive or problematic manner in management’s sole discretion, management reserves the right for the animal to be removed immediately. Pets are not allowed in buildings You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet.
