Its a joke worst court ever... Granddaughter was going to stay there while going to college. Didn't see any pics of it, it was a dump overgrown grass, broken windows in buildings. She was scare to stay there while going to college ( had pets) couldn't find anywhere else that was open all year... well he took rent and deposit 800.00. She spent 1 night, Had her moved to a friends house. He kept her 800.00, he could of kept 3 day the trailer was there and return the rest. NO WAY HE SAID I'M KEEPING IT ALL.....
