Great location for visiting the falls and downtown Sioux Falls. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. A little highway noise at night and lots of air plane noise during the day. Overall we enjoyed the campground, and the site was level and paved.

Good place to stay. Nice paved spots. When leaving watch the out driveway almost drug as it is steep for a longer RV. I would stay again.

We were in the West campground which is close to 12th Ave and a side street. With our A/C on, we did not hear the street noise. The area is mainly asphalt which makes navigating easy but in hot weather, it is extremely hot. There are large commercial trucks parked around the bath house that don't appear to belong there. When I went to the women's bathroom in the morning, there was a large man inside using the women's facilities which made me feel unsafe.

Campground Response

We are sorry that happened and did you call the office and let them know what time and day this occurred.

I take some of the blame for this review. We didn't do as much research as maybe we should have. I wasn't expecting a campsite in the middle of an asphalt parking lot, but that was exactly what we got. No grass, no trees, no table. Again maybe partially my fault. We were looking at a location and this fit the bill. That being said the view was not exactly what we were expecting; a highway, a trailer park and a bunch of asphalt trucks and equipment. The bright spot was nice hookups (even though the box said cable tv...there wasn't) and the bathroom and laundry facilities were clean and well kept. Probably wouldn't stay again, but if you are only passing through and need an overnight stay it will do.

We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as expected. Our site was paved and level. Most sites appeared the same. The sites on the outside loop are gravel. Some more level than others. All utilities worked as expected. Back in sites are easy to get in and out off. It is right off the highway. The noise did not bother us. Very convenient to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The rest rooms and laundry were clean when we used them. 3 of the 4 dryers in the laundry room did not heat. I little inconvenient, but we made it work.

We arrived late in the evening after the office had closed. Another inconsiderate camper had both of our spots blocked with empty trailers and their vehicles so we had to reach out to the after hours number. They answered on the second call and advised us to park in any open spot. The office called me back the next morning to apologize (wasn't their fault) and confirm our new spot, they also credited us one night for the inconvenience. Clean area, easy access.

Park was nice and convenient. Was never able to find anyone tending the office, even during office hours. Was given the wrong code for the showers and grass was mowed all over our campsite but was not blown off resulting in grass being brought into the camper.

This is an urban campground on HWY 29. There is noise from the highway but not other campers. The campground is well kept, grassy, sites are spacious and level. The bathrooms and laundry rooms are clean. We never saw a single person working there but campsites were cleaned up as soon as someone vacated. It suited our purposes of being in town to visit family. We stayed 4 nights and the noise didn’t bother us at night while sleeping because our 5th wheel is very well insulated. We’d stay here again!

The park has a good layout for easy setup and the other campers were super friendly. When we arrived, there was no one available to greet. Also. the interstate was quite noisy. Thanks Tower. Would recommend to a friend.

Good for an easy overnight, if you want to stay in your RV. There are a few sites that are okay to actually set up camp in, but most are asphalt only or primarily pull throughs that are very close to one another or they are back in right next to the high way or busy road. There are a few lifers there who have managed to rack up a lot of old items next to their trailor.

It was a nice stop over. You can see they are in progress making improvements. There are a lot of local residents. It was a bit tough on a sunday but finally did get a call back. Spot 211 is not a spot for a big rig. Its down hill and you could not level. We moved to 203 knowing it was empty and did just fine. It was quiet and clean with full hook ups.

Tower Campground has easy access from the interstate and to the beautiful downtown area. Showers and bathrooms were spotless. The office was very kind and helpful. It was a great short stopover on our way further west.

Roads are wide. Directions good. Our spot didn't have much shade. There was a lot of highway 29 noise where we were situated, but we were using the air conditioning and were closed up. We didn't need the bathroom or laundry, but they looked like a nice facility. Easy to reserve.

Very clean. Way too tight. It's just a parking lot where they cram everyone tight. It's very loud to hear the traffic at night.

Right next to a highway, so a lot of traffic noise. It's in a fairly busy area, but the park itself was peaceful. Good parking for our trailer (30 ft), truck and extra car. Laundromat and showers on-site with coded entry and open 24 hrs.

Checked in around 5 and office was closed. Our site was parked next to a very sketchy site with cars coming and going constantly. Didn’t feel safe for our kiddos. Our code emailed to us was not correct to get into facilities so we had to get a code from someone else. Facilities were clean, just wish there had been staff there to help us.

We had a very nice stay. We were surprised that one of the stall in the men's room was out of order for quite some time. You can't control the airplanes flying over.

Had a great little stay at this campground. It was clean and right in the heart of Sioux Falls, which made it easy to get anywhere in town with in 15 minutes. Glad we stopped.

Great little campground. Grounds are kept up nicely, bathrooms and laundry were nice and clean. The office staff was extremely friendly. Middle pull through sites are pretty close to eachother but if you are smart and look at the pictures you will see that before you book. We will be back and recommend this campground to others.

Disappointed in that they put us in a transient spot the size of a postage stamp for 5 days when there were open, nicer spots throughout the camp. Camp was a bit run down with garbage everywhere.

Campground Response

I wish we could speak about this but you didn't leave a name for us to personally respond to, however if you asked for a pull through site and never came to the office to ask for a back in then that is not the staff members fault we would have been more than happy to help in your needs before leaving a review and then nothing can be done.

Ok for a quick stay. Campground is worn down and our site was weed not lawn. Need to trim the trees as the site we were in had branches that dragged our A/C's and roof. Looked like they were "trimmed" by dragging on the the last tall RV that parked here. Mosquitos were horrible. As a nightly camper we were placed in a too small site surrounded by permanent run down campers.
