Has great potential! Site was very large even for our 45 ft towing class A. The road and bridge was very difficult to navigate because of the turn in the road. Very quiet - mostly full timers. Definitely needs some sprucing up.

This was a very cute and unique campground. Well maintained with extra amenities all along the river! We stayed at RiverSite #1 (water & electric) where we backed up to the river. We will definitely stay at this resort again!

The park is quiet & in a pretty natural setting next to the river. However, if you need or want internet access, do not stay here. There is no cell service. We have 2 different providers & neither of us had service at all. The park has a WiFi network but internet access was unreliable. Internet service was non-existent for 24 hours after we arrived. Every night about 8-9 pm, the internet access stopped & did not come back on until the next morning about 8.

We all had a terrific experience at this resort. The cabin was great for me, my brother loved his tent spot, and my daughter and husband and son loved their camper spot! The fish ponds and river surrounded all our sites was fabulous. We were offered pancakes, bacon, and sausage for breakfast Saturday was wonderful. Owners are very personable talking to all campers. Also loved bunnyville, grandson keeps talking about baby bunny. Overall a five star experience. Will be looking forward to going back.

Nice well maintained small park. The river seemed more like a large creek, but was nice to be near water. Laundry and showers were decent. Would stay there again.

I’m so glad I discovered this place. It’s only about an hour and a half away from my home in Durango. I got a spot right on the river and I could hear it running all night plus I could throw my fishing line in the water just a few feet away from my camper! They have some beautiful grassy paths along the river and everywhere you go there’s a special place to sit or access the river. They have a big volleyball net on a grassy lawn, a great bathhouse, several outdoor large fire pits. You can buy wood, propane, and some alcohol on site . They have spaces for all sizes of RVs and it is just such a fun atmosphere. And if you don’t have a camper, they have a few cabins that are fixed up so cute. Sometimes they have a music event with a local musician, and have even more options and amenities planned for the future. if you like to tent camp, they have some really cool, secluded tent spots along the river. Being on the river is a key draw to me because I love hearing the water and doing water activities. This place is a gem. I will definitely be back and you should check it out too.!
