Rules
GENERAL RULES
● All RVs must be in good condition. ● Be respectful and considerate of other campers, including their privacy. ● Do not walk through other sites. ● Maintain a moderate noise level, as not to disturb your neighbors. ● Quiet time starts at 10pm. ● Parents are fully and solely responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. ● The use of firearms is prohibited. ● Garbage is to be placed in the dumpster. ● Excessive noise, nuisance, public drunkenness, illegal drug use-sale-or exchange, nudity, foul/ offensive language, or behavior is prohibited and will not be tolerated. ● The Joshua on 61, its owners, employees and/ or affiliates are not responsible for damages to you or your property during your stay. All campers and guests are responsible for any and all injuries or accidents they are involved in.
PETS
● Pets must be cleaned up after by the owner. ● Pets must be on a leash when not confined inside. ● Pets are not allowed to remain unattended outside at any time. ● Pets must not disturb other guests. ● Aggressive dog (or other pet breeds defined at our discretion) are not allowed. ● Management maintains the right to remove or restrict any animal it deems dangerous or a threat to other guests.
VEHICLES & PARKING
● The speed limit is 5 mph. ● Do not drive through the grass or other sites - please use the road only. ● Vehicles must be parked within your designated site, not on the grass or blocking the road. ● Additional parking is available in the paved lot at the front of the property. ● The use of non-motorized recreational equipment such as bicycles, scooters, etc. is permitted during the day only.
