The Fair Park RV - Alameda County Fairgrounds

It's not cheap but location, location, location. FHUs, Clean, some pull throughs but most backins. Some semi full timers. Stayed there many times and would again. Park is ok but over priced for what it is. You are limited to 14 days then you must leave for one night and can come back for another 14 days. AND they say your RV must be 10 years or younger but manager can waive that. Saw many RV's that were over the age limit, one was at least 40+ years one night. There is not anywhere you can go to to spend the one night. They will not let you dry camp on the fairgrounds. The office says go to Walmart, 15 minutes away. All local,parking lots say no overnight parking, private parking, etc. office even suggested put RV in storage for one night and stay at a hotel. Really. Since we needed just one extra week because of pending delivery of grand baby, I contacted the County Supervisor's office explaining the situation and we were able to stay without leaving the one night, BUT, we did have to change spaces. Except for the 50 amp pull-thrus and backing on grass they are all tight. There are restrooms with showers. Biggest deal is you have to pay in full when you reserve your space and if you leave early, no refund only credit for a future stay.
