Back in August 2025, we were busy clearing the land to create our family-friendly RV retreat.  In mid-October, we will be pouring slabs for an our office and museum as well as developing the infrastructure to include roads and RV sites. 

Imagine shady sites with modern RV hookups, a little store with bare essentials, and an eclectic museum that stitches together stories and artifacts from Texas and beyond. Amenities will feature a small conference room for business/video needs, a family-friendly gameroom, a laundry facility, and a private rest room with a shower. Initial services will include a self-serve diverse library suited for all ages, propane distribution/exchange, and a Texas notary public.

We will offer discounts for active duty and veteran military personnel, senior citizens, first responders, and educators. Seasonal promotional rates will also be available — follow us on social media for special packages and holiday deals.

For those who want more variety, we also plan to offer primitive tent sites, equine-friendly pens, and possibly cabin or RV rentals.
