Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Show - Refund will not be granted. 2. Long Term - One month or longer. 3. Reservations with any nights during the months of January - March: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund, minus $150 administrative fee. 4. Reservations with all nights during the months April - December: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund, minus 10% of reservation. 5. Less than 60 days - deposit may be pushed forward one year from original arrival date, or will be forfeited. 6. If a stay is shorter than original reservation, and less than one month, no refund will be given. 7. If one month or longer, the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate type (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.) 8. Credit of the adjusted unused portion of the payment, minus $150.00 administrative fee, will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date or forfeited. 9. Policy subject to change without notice. 10. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the Regional level.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

Daily 1. Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival. 2. To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online. 3. If a RV/Tent site reservation is cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. 4. If a rental unit reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. 1 to 2 Months 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation for reservations during January-March. 2. $200 deposit is due at time of reservation during April-December. 3. Balance is due on reservation start date. 3 Months 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 2. Balance is due on reservation start date 4 to 5 Months 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 2. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 3. Final balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. 6 months or longer 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 2. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 3. 25% of balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. 4. Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation. Annual 1. Park Model/Tied Down units - One month deposit is required for new guests. 2. RV annuals - One month deposit required. 3. Monthly payment schedule is subject to good credit history, and credit card agreement on file. 4. The method of payment for deposit is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.

General Policies

1. Check In Time: 2:00 PM 2. Check Out Time: 11:00 AM 3. Minimum Check In age is 18 years old. 4. Guests aged 16 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children. 5. Pets are allowed. 6. The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. 7. Stayed 10 days in a 39ft MH while visiting family. Very attractive, lots of nice plantings, clean, quiet, well maintained, nice management. Paid $37 night with PA discount, and a little tip is if you don't have passport America, but do have Good Sam, RVontheGo will honor it if you call them for thereservation, booking with the park directly they will tell you they don't accept it. Sites were concrete, a little tight but that's how it is in many parks there, full hookups, tho had to run electric, water, and sewer, underneath the RV as hookups were on opposite side. Make sure you have enough to do that. No cable TV, used our antennae and got good reception with about 25 local channels (half were in Spanish, and 1/4 of them cartoons tho.) close enough to beaches, shopping, etc. park is only about 3 miles from I95, exit Oakland park Blvd. Gorgeous Ft Lauderdale by the Sea beach just down the road about 7 mi. with tons I'd shops, bars, restaurants, 30 min or so to Miami. Neighborhood was a little sketchy, but it was a gated community, nighttime security guard.
