We are a Family Campground with direct access to the sandbar that has white sugar sand along the most beautiful Creek in Jackson County. We offer Pull-thru and back-in, full hook-up sites or rustic tent camping is also available.   Kids and Parents can swim, fish, canoe, kayak, play volleyball, spike ball, bad mitten, horseshoes, corn-hole, or take a stroll or hike through the woods and trails.

Clean restrooms and shower houses available.

The Coast's best snow cone stand with on-site Commissary. 

We can accommodate scout groups, church groups, and so much more, bring your large or small group of friends and family to come stay with us.

Rules and regulations for Everyone Entering Property By entering this property, you agree to follow these rules and regulations. Violators may be asked to leave without refund

Guest Registration & Day Pass Policy

Everyone entering property must register in the office. All day pass purchasers should also pay at the office. All campers (tent or RV) are required to register in the office. All should receive a wristband. Day pass holders may be present on the premises from 9 am until dusk daily or during special event hours such as 4th of July Celebrations which will be determined by management.

WE PROTECT OUR CHILDREN

WE PROTECT OUR CHILDREN. No person, “Male or Female,” is permitted on the property if listed in (ANY) Sex Offender Registry. We also do not allow guests with current warrants of any kind.

Speed Limit

5 mph, strictly enforced.

Bicycles & Children's Vehicles

NO Bicycles or children’s vehicles after Dark (Dark is when the streetlights come on)

Bicycle Helmets:

Persons 16 and younger are required to wear a helmet see http: mdot.ms.gov for other state guidelines regarding safe bicycle operation.

Children’s Battery-Operated Vehicles

They are welcome to be ridden within the courtyard area or field only. An adult must be present with the child when riding.

Boats

Boats must moor in designated areas and may not beach where swimmers are present.

Golf Carts/Gators/Rangers

Golf Carts/Gators/Rangers are not allowed on the beach.

ATV’S, 3-Wheelers or 4-Wheelers

ATV’S, 3-Wheelers or 4-Wheelers are NOT PERMITTED on the premises.

Canoes/ Kayaks

All guests renting our canoes/ kayaks are required to sign a liability waiver. Life vests are to be worn at all times and safe boating practices as defined by the Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks should be followed see http:mdwfp.com for details.

Pet Policies for campers

NO Pit Bull, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers allowed. Dogs with any known aggressive nature are not allowed. We require an up-to-date rabies vaccination and up-to-date rabies tag. *Common courtesy regarding guests with pets is expected. *Pets are to be always kept on a leash for the safety of ALL pets and/or guests. *Pet droppings are to be picked up immediately and disposed of appropriately. *No pet fencing that attaches to the ground. We welcome free-standing pet fences within your campsite. * No pets on the beach area

Pets

No dogs/cats/ or other animals except for licensed personal assistance animals are permitted on the beach. Any service animal is to remain leashed with proper removal of any pet excrement by its owner. Management reserves the right to ask to see the licensure.

Campground Amenities

Campground amenities are to be used by Campers,or day pass holder, in good standing.

No glass of any kind

No glass of any kind is to be brought into the common areas area such as the beach, playground, pavilion, and hiking trails. Please keep ALL GLASS containers inside your site and dispose of properly in dumpster.

Overnight Parking

Overnight parking in the common visitor area parking lots is prohibited except by those camping overnight.

Campers Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Children and teenagers are required to be with Parent(s) and/or guardians during quiet hours.

Motorized Vehicles (Cars, Trucks, SUVs)

We allow two vehicles per site. Exceptions made are subject to management’s discretion only. Any person operating a motorized vehicle in this park must be a licensed driver and have the license on his/her person. One motorcycle is welcome in addition to the two vehicles. Extra vehicles $5 a day or $30 a month, not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot. Campers may arrive on a motorcycle but are not permitted to ride the vehicle through the Camp Resort for entertainment. Avoid parking in the street. Please do not park a vehicle such that it obstructs access to one of the campsites. Do not park on a campsite if you have not rented it. Violators may be towed at owner expense.

Feeding of Wild

Feeding of wild, non-pet animals—including, but not limited to, racoons, geese and squirrels—is prohibited.

Littering

Littering is prohibited. Waste receptacles (garbage cans) are located on or near each amenity site.

Dumpsters

Use of dumpster for off-campground personal trash is prohibited.

Children

Children age 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian age 18 or greater. Children should always be supervised.

VANDALISM

Acts of vandalism consist of, but are not limited to, defacing campground buildings, damaging vehicles and damaging or destroying campground assets such as, games, landscaping, fences, signs, roads, recreation facilities, etc. Acts of vandalism shall be dealt with by management and may be reported to the Police Department for investigation and prosecution. Misuse or vandalism of any facilities may be cause for suspension of member privileges without a refund. Members are responsible for payment of fines and repair costs resulting from vandalism by members of their households

Violation of Rules

Violation of rules by members or their guests may result in temporary suspension or revocation of membership with no refund of any fees paid.

Smoking

NO cigarette, cigar or illegal substance smoking on the beach or pavilions or in any buildings including bathrooms. If of legal age, Vaping is permitted. Please be respectful of others and do not blow your vaped air into the personal space of others.

Legal Compliance & Recreation Restrictions

Any activity which violates local, state, or federal laws or regulations is prohibited. No hunting is permitted on property. No fishing in the swimming area of sandbar.

Fireworks

Please note that fireworks are prohibited except for events as organized by management.

Fire pits

Fire pits are located in common areas (may be used by any adult camper), and in some tent areas (to be used by tent renter); Please make sure fire is never left unattended and put out before leaving. it is prohibited to cut any tree on the property. It is prohibited to make a fire on bare ground except in designated fire pits. Campers may use a self contained fire pit in their site and dump the ash in the fire pit in courtyard

Swimming is at your own risk.

No lifeguard is provided. Because there are shallow areas and moving tides, diving is prohibited. No Climbing or Jumping off the Bridge water is shallow.

Alcohol / Drug Policy

No drinking by members or day pass holders. Drink only in your site No open containers are allowed in common areas such as Pavilion, Beach, Bath House. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Pavilion Rental & Special Event Guidelines.

Reservations can be made through the campground office for use of the main pavilion (up to 30 guests) or beach pavilion (up to 10 guest) for 2 hours private birthday parties or special events for a rental fee. Management may at its discretion deviate or vary from these standards when the situation warrants a deviation. Furthermore, in any instance of a violation, management shall be entitled to recover any attorney’s(attorneys’) fees incurred in enforcing the terms of the governing documents, in additional to recouping any expenditure(s) for repairs deemed necessary due to any infraction.
