1. Deposit and Payment Schedule - 1 month or less, 100% due at time of Reservation. More than 1 month, 1st month due at time of Reservation, remainder due at check-in.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy - No Show - Refund will not be granted. "Summer" daily or weekly - 90% refunded if request made 7 days prior to arrival. Less than 7 days prior to to reservation start date - no refund. "Summer" one month or longer / "Winter" Anytime - Full refund minus 10% of total reservation if more than 90 days from reservation start date. 60-89 days to reservation start date- 50% of Deposit refunded. Less than 60 days prior to reservation start date - no refund.
