StoneRidge Golf and Recreational Community

We just spent the week here. This is a total golf community with houses, timeshares, apartments, townhouses, rentals and a RV park. It is for motor homes only and they are selling the lots there. We had friends there and were able to go for a free week if we took their short tour. it is a really lovely place, about 70 miles from the Canadian border. There is a great clubhouse, fantastic golf course, walking/biking trails, a lake for fishing, restaurant, and activities. the people were friendly. ,do have to go to the clubhouse for internet and there is no cable. Most everyone had satellite dishes. It is 45 minutes to Coeur d’ Alene and a little farther to Spokane. Some of the lot build outs were fantastic…bathrooms, kitchens with high end appliances, fireplaces, outdoor living spaces. While it is a beautiful place they do not really do that much ‘just renting’ of the spaces.
