cabins are in horrible condition and highly overpriced . the staff are rude and unprofessional . zero star rating for me. . I booked a cabin and when I saw condition I immediately attempted to get a refund. they denied even a penny. nor would the mgmt return phone calls. took 270. from me without any attempt to resolve customer service issues. i was charged and wasnt there!!

Too bad I can't give it less than 1 star. This was my first time here & I can assure you it's My last time. The camp grounds was grown up & needed to be mowed. The bathrooms were locked on Saturday morning because they was dirty and the laziness of the park refused to clean the restrooms. I chose my campsite because it was in walking distance to the restrooms & swim area. The person who worked in the Marina sure could use a lesson in customer service. She didn't smile, she didn't talk much, she wasn't helpful nor was she friendly. I wanted information about the RV spaces, I wanted to look at what I would be getting myself into before bringing my RV here. I was informed that "You have a city pass, therefore your not permitted in the RV park" Ok fine. As stated the lady at the marina was Not helpful. I will Not return. I will Not hold my upcoming wedding here. I will Not reserve any spaces here. I am going to continue to look for a more beautiful, friendly venue for my wedding & camping experience.

I have been coming here since 1995 and always loved this place, many good memories. The new owners of this place are pathetic and only want money. They even did away with all the tent area's. I was driving through the park just to see how it looks and was told by the woman that since I do not have a marina pass I am not allowed on the camp grounds. That's fine guess all the good day's are gone. Will not be coming back.

This place I used to visit quite often I don't know what happened but this place is by far the shittiest and not a place I'll visit again. Management is greedy and cares nothing about anyone else. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever visit Again!
