Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation or by renting a space, you agree to the following: There is a nonrefundable reservation fee of $50 for nightly and/or weekly reservations for RV sites and tiny homes. There is a nonrefundable reservation fee of $100 for monthly RV sites, monthly tiny homes and all reservations for the Sowal Palms house. Upon arrival, this reservation fee will be applied to your stay. You are responsible for paying the rent for your entire stay unless you cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival. Early departures are not eligible for a refund. Refunds for any amount paid in excess of the non-refundable reservation fee for reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date are at the discretion of Sowal Palms RV Park.
Minimum Stay
There is a 3 night minimum stay for Tiny Home, RV sites, and the House at SoWal Palms

Quiet time
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Pet Policy
Small well behaved pets are welcome on RV Sites. You must leash your dog and have a clean up bag with you at all times.
