Check out time is 11:00am/ You can check in as early as noon. If you need a late check out or early check in, please call the office.

Pets
All pets must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pet. If you have an outdoor kennel for your dog, you must be outside with the dog while they are outdoors in the kennel.

GETTING HERE
From Interstate 40:
We are located 8 miles away from I40. Take exit 386B and stay on US 129 (Alcoa highway) until US 168 on your left (John Sevier Highway). Take a right at the convenience store (Weigels) and then another right at the stop sign. You will now be on Hwy 33 (Maryville Pike). Travel 1 mile and we are on your left across from the marina. Be aware currently there is heavy construction in the area and frequently they are running 20 minute rolling road blocks on Alcoa highway.
