Vehicle Policy

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome. All pets must be kept on a leash. Tenants are required to clean up after their pets and are responsible for their conduct at all times. No aggressive breeds. No pets allowed in park model site.

General Policies

1. Registration: State law requires that all tenants and overnight guests be registered at the office upon arrival. There is a charge for overnight guests (See Rates). the person registering is responsible for his own conduct as well as that of each guest. 2. Alcoholic Beverages: To respect our other guests we ask that there is no drinking at the pool or in public areas. Additionally there are no open containers around the park, and drinks should be kept discrete within your site. 3. Campsite Limit: There is a limit of six persons per campsite. Any exception must be made with the management in advance. 4. Please pick up and dispose of all trash. A dumpster is provided for your convenience. 9. Safety & Neatness: No clotheslines/wires permitted. 10. Quiet Time: In consideration of others, we ask that you refrain from any unnecessary noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No windchimes allowed. 11. Laundry Room: Open 7 AM to 10 PM unless prior arrangement has been made with management. Please keep the laundry room and machines clean. 12. Swimming Pool: Hours are posted. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in the water or the pool area. NO DIVING ALLOWED 13. Check-Out: 11 AM is the check-out time. Notify the office if you wish to stay longer. 14. Lenth of Sty: Maximum length of stay is 180 days. We can provide off-site storage, please see office for details. Off lot, on-site storage available. 15. Violations: Those violating camp rules or regulations are subject to immediate eviction from the premises.

There is no way I would call this a Christian campground if you heard how the owner/manager spoke. Don’t let the name fool you. She literally made fun of a person she said worked for her that had a “breakdown” , she said couldn’t handle the job. who does this ?? A Christian ? Please steer clear of this campground.

Just off I95 (exit 201). Only 4-5 miles from Cocoa Beach. I95 runs behind the park with a row of trees between. Can hear traffic but is easy to get used to. Sites are crushed rock with grass over it. Not level but we only needed a board under one side. Roads are asphalt. sites in my opinion are small/crowded but it is Florida. Plenty of room to get your slides and awning out tho. Pull thru and back in sites. Big rig sites. FHUs. Each site has a concrete patio and a picnic table. No fire rings. Not sure if you can have a raised pit or not but there isn't much room to safely have campfires when they are busy. Bath house is clean. Didn't use showers but did notice they have a bench/stool in each stall. Laundry has 8 washers and 8 dryers. A little smaller than usual but work well and laundry kept clean. Heated swimming pool. Propane. No camp store but there are stores in Cocoa and just south in Viera (exit 195)and there is a Camping World less than 2 miles from park. Pet friendly.No aggressive breeds. No fenced in area but plenty of places to walk them. I'm sure they are kid friendly however there isn't much there for kids except the pool. No cable. There is WiFi but it costs extra. You can get mail sent there and UPS packages. Staff has been very nice. Can wash camper and truck for a small fee. There is also Sonrise Village on the same road owned by the same ppl however the amenities, prices etc may be different. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
