Campsite was fine. Bathroom looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Checked in to a hotel for a shower.

Employees were nice. RV spots are very close together with no shade. The sewer hookup of your neighbor is about 6 feet away from your picnic table. Hot spring was fun for kids, water was very warm, lifeguards are very observant. Tent camping had grassy areas and shady trees with dock access to the Snake River.

Campground was clean and quiet! Those are big bonuses for me. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. It was not super close to the freeway, but also no so far away from it. For this trip, this campground was our destination. In the future, we will probably use this campground again even when we are just passing through because it was such a pleasant experience. It was just a nice get away. We didn't use the showers or restroom facilities in the campground because we brought our own.

Very pretty location, but as other reiviews have noted, the facilities are extremely run-down. The entire site is actually for sale. Expecting all this, I still booked because I was just looking forward to dipping in the hot springs-- but they wouldn't let me because you have to book in time slots, and they were closing in an hour. They wouldn't let me book use for a half-hour. And they were closed the next day. So even though I was a guest and not just a day-pass user, they wouldn't let me use the hot springs at all. This has not been my experience staying in other hot springs resorts. Also, the wifi did not work at all, and the showers were basically a mounted hose with a hairy drain. I only give 2 stars because it was a pretty location and the pull-through was convenient.

We just stayed for 2 nights at this resort. Had a great spot, wonderful customer service. Everybody was so friendly. Enjoyed swimming in the thermal pool, and enjoying the great scenery. Only downfall was the spotty cell service, but with the great view of the waterfalls who needs to be on their phone. Thanks for a great stay.

Dirt spaces.Fairly level. Sewer hookup was 8" above ground! Water & electric were fine. Whole campground was FULL OF FLIES! Place is for sale, don't go near the bath/shower house without a hazmat suit....management friendly when checking in and then non existent. Stayed two nights in a 26' TT, to go other places nearby. Would not stay there again.

Very beautiful place to stay. Only downside is that they are busy during the summer weekends.

We camp often during the summer here. The staff has always been polite and friendly. The campgrounds are well maintained and kept clean. We will continue to come back year after year. We love this place!

This place is filthy. Cannot Escape The flies, they are everywhere! The smell is pungent. Called for a 1 night refund (of 2 night booking) which they agreed to right away AND THEN they started talking trash about us after they thought they had hung up on me. So I Iistened, and I will never go near that place again. Horrible service, unclean, terrible amenities, the smell and the flies. Have I mentioned the FLIES?!

I have loved staying here in the past, and I had been looking forward to staying, and enjoying the dock again. This year, my cabin had no access to the dock in front of it. Te dock on the other side of the park that I was directed to has creepy boards that felt like they were going to snap when I walked in them. No access to my fire pit. My patio table and chairs were filthy. The electricity blew when I turned on the coffee pot. There was no toilet paper or towels in the women’s bathroom and the bathroom was dirty.

Shower facility is woefully inadequate. There was no shower heads just a pipe with but a trickle of water to shower with. The sites are close together and on an incline. We stayed at Branbury, just upriver, later in our trip was very happy with an excellent facility. Would not stay here ever again.

This place reminds me of my childhood every time we come here. So much fun! There is kayaking in the summer, make sure you check out Blue Heart. The swimming pool is gigantic with a slide, a low dive and a high dive as well as a nice kiddie pool and some water features. The staff is so helpful! They know all the secret treasures on the river which made our trip AMAZING! If you are looking to go on some adventures, this is the place to go.

Omg what can I say about this resort! I absolutely love them. I tent camp there every year with my family. I only wish that I lived closer so I could enjoy the resort more often. I have never ever had one issue with anything at this park. Hot springs, great views, and friendly staff what more can you ask for! I cannot rave enough about this resort.

The staff and management are horrible. The GRUMPY lady that checked us in was rude and threatening. She had us sign a few rules and let us know they just call the sheriff if they see a violation. THEN another lady stopped by our RV and advised us of near by brush fire and told us there was a burning ban. She also had us sign a form. THEN - you would not believe the 100,000 flies that are everywhere. I have more, but I think you get the point. Avoid these people. Stay in Hagerman RV.
