Fish from your RV lot! Large, fully paved, level, all utilities. 30 & 50 amp service. Shared gazebo w/ fire pit. The Savanna Creek runs directly behind the lot and is stocked with trout.

Centrally located: Dillsboro - 4 miles, Sylva - 5 miles, Cherokee/Harrah's Casino - 18 miles, Franklin (Gem shows) - 12 miles. $35 per night, $190 weekly. $550 a month plus electric.
Two adjoining lots are available. Park restrictions IF over 14 days are: 5th wheel or Class A motor homes over 30'

Yes, the park is open year round.

This is a wonderful spot in a great location. The pad is long and wide with plenty of room. The area is beautifully landscaped, and right next to a gorgeous tree lined creek. There is some hwy noise during the day, but the location and price are totally worth it! It did not bother us at all. Very quiet at night. Did I say location? It’s perfect for exploring mountain towns and trails and waterfalls. The owner was friendly, honest, and very responsive. We loved it!
