Nestled in the foothills of the NC Mountains, Roaring River Vineyards is reminiscent of a French riverside hillside vineyard. The vineyard is named after the Roaring River, which borders the vineyard property for a mile and a half and offers great vistas from all the buildings situated on its riverbank. The RV Campsite at Roaring River Vineyards (RRV) is located in a forested area surrounded by springs and walking trails and has a lovely view of the vineyards. It is situated not far from the vineyard’s entrance, just beyond a pond. We also offer vacation rentals, a tasting room/restaurant: The Tasting Haus, an event venue, and RV sites. Since we opened The Tasting Haus, we’ve had several guests asking us if we allow RVs to park on our vineyard. As a result, we developed the RV Park at Roaring River Vineyards.
We feature:
- 5 RV sites of various lengths
- Gravel roads and large gravel parking sites, a large turnaround area,
- A lovely forested setting overlooking the vineyards

As mentioned above we have a lot of attractions on-site and in the local area. One of the biggest attractions is Stone Mountain State Park which attracts close to a million visitors each year and has a massive granite pluton that was created from magma a million and a half years ago. It rises 700 feet above the NC mountain range. We are also located in NC wine country with a large number of vineyards located in the Yadkin Valley Wine Appellation region.
