Friendly staff, check in easy and was offered several sites. The experience went down from there. Not well maintained, trash containers, dog waste basket overflowing. General feel of neglect. Too bad, because the area is really nice with great access to river.

Nicest RV park and Campground I have seen so far right on the Cowlitz River. Great people, have firewood to buy on site, kayaks to rent, and fishing right on the river. Allows dogs bit must be leashed at all times, like any park and must pick up after them, which is wonderful. I have 2 large dogs and one is a service dog and they were marvelous here. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Great rates that you cannot pass up.

Great park a little nosey but we’re used to it. A little disappointed they wanted $5.00 for my brother in law he’s (80 yrs old) to stay a couple of hours and have dinner with us?

Cabin was nice, highway traffic was loud all night, bathrooms need remodeling, didn't want to take a shower in them. Trash overflowing in dumpster and stunk. I won't plan on staying there again.

Very Friendly and helpful. Needs more garbage cans, overflowing and smelly. Loved that it was so close to the lever. Met some of the full time residents and they were very friendly.

Washrooms have not been cleaned for a couple of days. Showers not clean. No garbage cans out and no recycle bins. It gets one star for the view of the river

The spot we reserved online was taken when we got there just before check in time, but they found us another comparable site. The bathrooms were decent.

Great little RV park. The lady in the office was very helpful and sweet! We really enjoyed our two night stay and fishing. I would stay here again for sure, and will probably bring the kayaks next time for river access and shuttle trips!

We were very disappointed with this place. It was very run down with a lot of permanent trailers. Also the sites were very small and hard to access. The only good part was access to the river.

$10.00 ea. For teacup size dogs per day is too much.

Stayed in the camp area for the night for a kayaking trip on the Cowlitz.. Owner, Miriam is an excellent host! Very conscientious about her camp ground, guests and concerned about our safety on the water. Will plan another kayak trip and stay ;)

So close to the highway with a loud bridge. Our "view" was of the maintenance closet and the over- flowing trash pile. Full time residents with old rigs. No black water dumping. No cement pads for parking, just packed dirt. Would not stay there again.

Campground Response

Thank you for your review. for the convinces of our traveler park is off 1-5 - traffic noise is non existing in side the RV- all RV are facing the River not the maintenance closet . Not all guest can afford 2023 rigs . Like your was not a new 2023 nether. correct the park is Gary water only, no dumping, grasses pads, affordable rates
