Woman named Jan runs the park and is horrible to guests. She's rude and disrespectful making up rules day by day. Tried speaking to owner but he doesn't care. The place is trashy and not worth the cost. Go stay at Flamingo Lakes or Pecan Park...this place is a pit.

Horrible. It looks nothing like the photos on the website. No shower house. No wifi. No cable. It is on the river but a very busy not so pretty part. The laundry room is gross and hot. We stayed in lot 8. Had constant problems at the pole. Manager was made aware many many times. It never got fixed. But other people's did. Managers "friend" liked to make up rules just for us. The big one being that we had to walk our dogs in the back of the park. Our dogs are quiet and we always picked up after them. No other dog owner had that rule. We left after 2 months. Management is rude and judgmental. Will never stay again. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
