Rules

Payments

Full payment for RV sites is required 3 days prior to arrival. Long-term tenants incur a $50 late fee if rent is overdue by 3+ days. We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle. Please note that credit card and ACH transfer will be charged a processing fee of 2.9% and 1.0% respectively. No processing fee will be charged for Zelle.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, children, or pets. RTC is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or theft.

Maximum Occupancy

Total number of guests cannot exceed the RV site’s capacity.

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be courteous to others. No loud music, parties, or disruptive noise after 10 PM.

Parking Rules

Park only in designated spaces. No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, or utility trailers in common areas. All vehicles must be parked at the rented site—do not block roadways. Each RV site is limited to one RV trailer plus one car.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 6 days or less before arrival are non-refundable. Rates & policies may vary during peak periods and special events.

Smoking

All of our cottages and indoor venues are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around any cottage or indoor facilities. A fine of $250 will be imposed on anyone for violation. There are designated smoking areas around the outdoor fire pits that guests can use.

Visitors

Allowed 9 AM – 10 PM; overnight stays are prohibited. Please notify RTC management before arrival at generalmanager@rtcrentals.com, or call at (830) 928-9002.

Prohibited Items

Charcoal grills, wood fire pits, deep fryers, and tiki torches. RV/vehicle maintenance and washing. Paint products, chemicals, and clotheslines. Hanging items from trees. Dumping furniture or large items. Drones or remote-controlled machines.

Trash

Must be 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬located on our grounds and 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭.

Safety

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝: Firearms, fireworks, illegal drugs, archery, paintball, slingshots, air guns, and disruptive behavior. 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭:5 mph or under while on the property. 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets and small children must be supervised at all times.

Vandalism

Any damage caused by guests may result in immediate eviction.

Lost/Stolen Items

RTC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Profanity or violence toward guests or staff will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Pet Policy:

Allowed: Dogs only (no cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles).

Pet Rules:

o Please keep pets on a leash or in a kennel at all times. o Do not leave pets unattended for more than 3 hours. o Owners must clean up after their pets and provide proof of vaccinations if requested. o Pets are not allowed inside the RTC office or event center (Old Train Depot). o Service animals are permitted.

Mail & Packages

RTC does not accept mail or package deliveries. Guests must arrange alternative delivery options.

RVs & Travel Trailers

Must be in 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 and 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝.RTC reserves the right to refuse access to vehicles deemed unacceptable.

Tents & Outdoor Sleeping

Tents, blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 outside.

RTC reserves the right to refuse service to pets deemed disruptive or unsuitable. Failure to comply with these policies may result in eviction without refund
