Located in Orville, Washington, River Oaks RV & Mobile Home Park features 48 full 30/50 amp site hookups that are located both on and off the river. Visitors have access to laundry, restroom and shower facilities along with WiFi. There's plenty of fun activities to do given our convenient location near numerous rivers, lakes and trails! Rules
Pets
Pets must be under the owner's control at all times & not pose a threat. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and not allow them to disturb other guests. Pets can not be tied to trees or disturb the landscaped/grassy areas.
Rigs
While we do not restrict RV's based on year/make/model, we do reserve the right to refuse admission for poor condition. All RV's must have working systems and no fluids leaking onto the site.
